We, the undersigned do hereby certify that we have associated ourselves together as a Board of Trade, under the name of The Grand Falls District Board of Trade having its headquarters at Grand Falls and transacting business within the Town of Grand Falls, Parish of Grand Falls, Parish of St. Andre, Parish of Drummond and Parish of Denmark which district contains a population of not less than 2,500.
Signed and sealed at Grand Falls, February 19th, 1951 and Recorded November 20th, 1951 at the Registrar General of Canada.
On September 22nd, 1960, The Grand Falls District Board of Trade has filed an application for the change of its name to Grand Falls District Chamber of Commerce - La Chambre de Commerce du District de Grand-Sault and was Recorded September 27th, 1960 at the Registrar General of Canada.
