Electromechanical Technician Lizotte Machine Vision - Rivière-Verte, NB

Lizotte Machine Vision is seeking a motivated, self-reliant, and detail-oriented individual to fill a permanent, full-time position as an Electromechanic. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the complete wiring of our machines, the cabling of control panels, as well as the installation and connection of electrical and electronic components (sensors, motors, drives, cameras, inspection systems, etc.). They will be required to perform electrical assembly according to drawings, ensure the compliance of installations, and participate in commissioning tests to guarantee the proper functioning of the equipment. Lizotte Machine Vision develops and manufactures systems used for the inspection and classification of various products intended for the food industry.

Job Description:

• Perform complete machine wiring.

• Carry out control panel wiring.

• Install and connect electrical and electronic components (X-ray, motors, cameras, etc.).

• Perform electrical assembly according to the provided drawings.

• Participate in startup testing to ensure proper equipment operation.

• Perform any other related tasks as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma in Electromechanics of Automated Systems, Instrumentation and Automation Technology, or a related field.

• Be able to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and assembly schematics.

• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Good ability to solve complex problems.

• Ability to work in a continuous improvement environment.

• Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset.

Requirements:

• 40 hours per week.
